Royalty Accounting Manager- Global Fashion Brand

Global Fashion Brand Seeks a Royalty Accounting Manager • Reporting to the VP Controller • Supervising 2 Royalty Accountants... • Review, interpret & ensure compliance with royalty contracts • Prepare monthly journal entries & royalty projections • Prepare & deliver accurate and timely quarterly royalty reports • Perform reviews, analysis and reconciliations of royalty accounts • Work closely with FP&A Team & Legal • Review & approve monthly journal entries prepared by Senior Accountants • Monitor key internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley • Oversee license audits & meetings with department leaders • Special Projects for the CFO Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • 8-12+ years of Royalty Accounting Experience • Apparel, Fashion, Consumer Products Industry Experience a Plus • Experience with JD Edwards a plus • Strong Supervisory/Leadership Skills Base Salary 125k-130k Plus Bonus +Stock Options and an Excellent Benefits Package Including Six Weeks Vacation
