Position Overview:
As a Retail Visual Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our brand's visual identity and merchandising standards are consistently maintained across all department store and specialty store accounts. This role requires frequent travel to various locations to support visual merchandising initiatives and sales training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to execute and maintain visual merchandising standards.Conduct regular visits to department stores and specialty stores to implement seasonal display guidelines and ensure optimal product presentation.Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques, product knowledge, and brand standards.Partner with sales teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.Assist in the setup of seasonal displays, window installations, and promotional events according to brand guidelines.Monitor and report on store compliance with visual merchandising directives and provide actionable feedback to improve execution.Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the brand's values and promoting a positive brand image at all times.Support store openings, renovations, and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, or a related field preferred.Minimum 4 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion industry.Proven track record of executing visual merchandising concepts that drive sales and enhance brand presence.Strong understanding of retail operations and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate store staff.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.Ability to travel extensively to various store locations within the designated region.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with visual merchandising software/tools.
