The Paper Store is hiring a Visual Department Manager to support our Portland, Maine location. The Visual Department Manager is a hands-on retail leadership role responsible for visual merchandising, product presentation, store standards, and the overall customer experience. As a Visual Department Manager, you will partner with store leadership to execute floor sets, merchandise displays, seasonal transitions, and product launches while helping drive sales and supporting daily store operations.
