• Be proficient in Macy's point of sale systems and company devices to wrap up sales in a warm celebratory fashion. • Make product recommendations and offer customer options using knowledge of trend and key items to help customers find what they need. • Maintain selling floor presentation following company merchandise directives. • Maintain communication with store leadership team including Customer Experience Managers and Style Merchandise Managers for support on driving sales. • Ability to build relationships with customers, achieve sales goals, and participate in pre-selling and sales-boosting events.
