About The Client:
An elegant Parisian luxury womenswear brand known for premium style, timeless craftsmanship, and a supportive, friendly team culture.
The Role:
We are recruiting a Retail Supervisor / Concession Team Leader to manage a luxury fashion concession inside John Lewis, Bluewater. You will oversee daily floor operations, drive sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Clienteling and Customer Service: Deliver high-touch customer service, offer personal styling advice, upselling, and be a friendly face.
Visual Merchandising (VM): Ensure the concession reflects high visual standards
Daily Operations and Sales: Manage stock replenishment and inventory control.
Department Store Partnership: Build a strong working relationship with the John Lewis floor management team.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience as a Retail Supervisor, Floor Manager, Keyholder, or Senior Sales Assistant, in retail, or department store concessions.
Strong background in being customer facing, and customer retention.
Passion for high-end fashion, trends, and visual merchandising.
Ability to chat to people and build a rapport with the customer.
