You will act as a role model to employees to support selling behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise. • Support sales leader during (non-peak) hours, with the customer as the primary focus • Support the store leadership team by collaborating effectively with employees and ensuring work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner • Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle • Support completion of work before or after the store operating hours, inclusive of opening and/or closing checklists • Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience. * • Employees can take up to five “on the clock” hours each month to volunteer at a charity of their choice.
