What You'll be Doing:Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customersAssist customers with request in store and over the phoneOpen and close the storeDirect workflow on the sales floorGreet and assist customers in a friendly and polite mannerAlways maintain store organization and cleanlinessComplete customers transactions at the cash register including taking payments, and issuing receiptsMaintain inventory levels and restock shelves as neededPerform other duties as assigned by the Manager What You'll Need:1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferredSales and supervising experience is preferredWilling to work nights and weekendsExcellent Customer ServiceExcellent verbal communication skillsBasic math skillsHigh attention to detailDemonstrated sales skills and experienceAbility to maintain a professional appearanceMust be able to climb a ladderMust be able to lift 25 poundsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust possess a valid drivers licenseBi-Lingual a plus What It's Like Working Here: Each store operates on a lean and close-knit group of team members and managers.
