Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities • Supervise store associates and provide guidance, coaching, and training • Ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner • Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, processing, and restocking merchandise • Uphold all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, loss prevention, and safety • Support the store management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals • Communicate effectively with associates and leadership to ensure a smooth workflow • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive attitude • Train new employees and provide ongoing support to the team • Perform daily assigned sizing and recovery to ensure a neat, clean and organized store • Expedite newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor with a sense of urgency • Understand and enforce the Loss Prevention Awareness program • Handle cash, checks, credit card, and refund transactions with a high level of accuracy and integrity • Demonstrate a sense of urgency to efficiently perform all tasks
