We are looking for a Retail Sales Lead / Keyholder who brings energy, confidence, and a genuine love for styling and helping customers feel their best.

What You’ll Do:
Provide personalized, hands-on styling for customers (personal shopper approach)
Actively engage customers and confidently drive sales
Build complete outfits and make thoughtful product recommendations
Support daily operations and keyholder responsibilities (opening/closing)
Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For:
Retail, styling, or customer-facing sales experience preferred
Genuine passion for fashion and styling
Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers
Confident in selling and making recommendations
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
Available to work weekends and peak retail hours
We are willing to train the right person who is highly personable, motivated, and naturally strong in customer interaction and sales.
