As a key member of a high-performing team, the Tailor is expected to demonstrate reliability, accuracy, efficiency, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The Tailor also contributes to a positive and professional work environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and upholding company standards at all times. Assist with inventory management by monitoring tailoring supplies and requesting replenishment from management as needed. Participate in customer consultations at the direction of management, offering guidance and recommendations on alterations and garment fit. Strong attention to detail to ensure all garments meet quality standards.
