Company Overview: The Retail Store Tailor Alterations role supports the customer experience by providing expert garment alterations, tailoring services, and personalized assistance to ensure each customer receives a well-fitted final product. This role focuses on garment fitting, alterations, customer service, and maintaining a professional tailor shop environment. Assist customers by greeting them, responding to special requests, and providing support throughout the selling process.Mark, alter, and press garments based on customer needs and selected apparel.Ensure garments are properly fitted to meet customer expectations.Answer customer questions and provide guidance related to alterations and garment fit.Measure and size customers accurately for tailoring services.Provide wardrobe ensemble suggestions when assisting customers.Maintain communication with management regarding customer needs and alteration services.Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.Maintain a clean and organized tailor shop area.Required Skills and Experience of Retail Store Tailor Apprentice: Formal training in tailoring preferred.Previous experience as a tailor specializing in menswear highly preferred.Experience providing garment fitting and alteration services in a retail environment.Compensation and Benefits of Retail Store Tailor Apprentice:
