The Tailor also contributes to a positive and professional work environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and upholding company standards at all times. Demonstrate proficiency with all tailor shop equipment. Assist with inventory management by monitoring tailoring supplies and requesting replenishment from management as needed. Participate in customer consultations at the direction of management, offering guidance and recommendations on alterations and garment fit. Seek and respond to constructive feedback from your management team and communicate concerns or requests promptly.
