The Retail Store Supervisor holds a significant role within our leadership team, involved in mentoring teammates, facilitating store operations, and ensuring the enforcement of visual merchandising and service standards. Additionally, this position serves as a standby for the Assistant Store Manager and might have opening and closing responsibilities.

Must be 18 years old or aboveHigh school diploma or equivalent required1+ year of retail experienceFlexible to work a 40-hour workweek, including nights, weekends, and holidaysProficient with technology, particularly handheld and mobile devicesExcellent communication skillsAble to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periodsPhysical Requirements:
