Retail Store Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Store Supervisor who can manage all aspects of store operations, including loss prevention, to ensure optimal store performance and profitability. This role requires a leader who treats customers and co-workers with dignity and respect while motivating and coaching a team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and coach the team on the 4 Step Selling Techniques.
• Meet personal sales goals and guide the team to achieve store sales objectives.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies to manage shrink and expenses effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Delegate daily operational tasks efficiently.
• Conduct training, recruiting, and staffing to build a strong team.
• Enforce company policies and maintain compliance across operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Maintain company visual standards.
• Handle store deposits and safeguard company assets.
• Provide constructive feedback and hold the team accountable for performance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience or 6 months of relevant experience at Windsor.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Effective problem-solving skills with customers and team members.
• Strong communication skills in both individual and group settings.

Physical Demands:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, and interacting with customers and team members. You will need to handle merchandise (up to 25 pounds) and navigate all areas of the store. Availability to work varied shifts is required. The work environment is fast-paced with varying indoor temperature conditions.
