Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary: As the Retail Store Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning, excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of retail associates. Team Leadership: • Supervise and motivate retail teams to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer service.
