We’re excited to add a Retail Store Shift Lead to our growing team to support daily store operations and customer service excellence: 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred Prior sales, leadership, or supervisory experience is a plus Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a professional appearance Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods Valid driver’s license required; bilingual skills are a plus
