We’re excited to add a Retail Operations Shift Lead to our growing team to support daily store operations and customer service excellence. 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred Prior sales, leadership, or supervisory experience is a plus Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a professional appearance Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods Valid driver’s license required; bilingual skills are a plus
