As a Sales Associate, you will:

- Engage with customers and create an exceptional in-store experience

- Provide leadership and support to store associates

- Embody Urban Country Outfitters' mission, vision, and values

- Demonstrate selling expertise, product knowledge, and visual merchandising skills

- Drive sales goals and assist with team development

- Support store operational procedures

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster a service-oriented selling culture

- Become a product expert across all categories

- Maintain and achieve measurable sales goals

- Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements

- Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves

- Process merchandise and monitor stock levels

- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Seek ways to improve skills and metrics

- Perform opening and closing procedures

- Adhere to company policies and legal requirements

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of retail management sales experience

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary

Physical Demands:

- Standing and walking for extended periods

- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

- Manual dexterity for handling products and operating equipment

Compensation:

- Competitive weekly rate plus opportunity for bonus.
