Retail Store / Office Manager – Fashion

Dolcessa is the leading luxury swimwear brand in Las Vegas, and has been featured in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit for the past 10 years. We are looking for a Retail Store / Office Manager to ensure all daily tasks by staff members are getting completed and the operating units of the business are operating efficiently. o Inventory receiving is timely • Must be at least 21 years of age as many of our customer accounts are in the Casinos • Must have valid drivers license – Candidate will frequently visit multiple store locations using company car • Must be able to carry and lift boxes, processing merchandise and walk or stand for 5-8 hours visiting customer accounts • Ability to memorize catalog for styles and style names • General interest in women’s luxury fashion and retail knowledge a plus • Microsoft Office proficiency required- Excel, Word, and Powerpoint • Strong communication skills • Strong people, customer service, and organizational skills • Proactive, self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments Experience: • Managerial: 2 years (Preferred) • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
