Retail Store Manager – Women’s Fashion Boutique

Join LOLA Moda as Retail Store Manager and help bring our first Florida boutique to life.

LOLA Moda is preparing to open its first physical boutique in Naples in October 2026. Born in Europe, made in Italy and worn in Florida, our brand offers expressive, easy-to-wear women’s fashion through a highly personalized client experience.

We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager who feels a genuine connection to the project and wants to help build a strong, lasting boutique, team and client community.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position based primarily on the sales floor. You will lead by example, build meaningful client relationships, develop the store team and ensure consistent execution of the LOLA Moda experience.

Working closely with the Retail Development Manager, you will also provide valuable field feedback as our retail concept continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales through personalized service, styling and client development
Lead, coach and support a positive, accountable store team
Recruit, onboard and train team members ahead of the boutique opening
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Maintain strong visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
Support inventory accuracy, product intake and stock organization
Use sales performance and client feedback to identify opportunities
Build lasting relationships with local clients and the surrounding community
Coordinate the boutique’s digital presence and product storytelling
Encourage team participation in social content according to individual strengths
Ensure an organized, welcoming and consistently high-quality client experience

What You’ll Bring

Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Transferable management experience in hospitality, service or another client-facing environment will also be considered
Strong selling, styling and relationship-building abilities
A positive, dependable and hands-on leadership style
Clear communication skills, empathy and accountability
Confidence using retail technology, POS systems, digital clienteling tools and social media
Comfort joining an organized but evolving concept and helping improve it over time
Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, holidays and rotating Sundays
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Starting pay of $23.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, qualifications and overall fit

Timing

The selected Store Manager will join during September 2026 to support boutique preparation, initial product intake, team recruitment, onboarding and paid training ahead of our planned October opening.
