Retail Store Manager - Summit Mall

As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: they're retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our customers. Partner with the SLT to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Proven experience delivering sales, exceptional customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.2 years of experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.Passion for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.Education
