Position Overview

As a full‐time retail store manager, you will lead a team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 management members, to create an unforgettable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achieving sales, loyalty, and talent goals. Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention. Manage the omni‐channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control. Connect with the community to increase brand awareness. Drive new ideas, share information, and create solutions. Position Requirements Previous management experience is required; specialty retail store management experience is preferred. Proven ability to identify and develop talent and to influence a positive team atmosphere. Strong decision‐making skills with the ability to take action and achieve results. Computer proficiency. Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
