Retail Store Manager - High-Volume Fashion

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Store Manager to lead their flagship store in Provo, Utah, US . This is a high-volume fashion retail environment where exceptional customer service and driving sales performance are paramount. The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store staff. You will ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds sales and profitability goals through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer engagement. The Store Manager will also be responsible for implementing visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping experience and ensure products are displayed attractively.
