Our client, a chic and rapidly growing fashion boutique chain, is looking for an energetic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead their flagship store in Nashville, Tennessee, US . This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-volume retail environment, foster a positive team culture, and drive sales performance. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, including staff management, visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer service excellence. You will lead by example, motivating your team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of retail KPIs, a keen eye for fashion trends, and proven leadership capabilities. You will be instrumental in recruiting, training, and developing store associates, ensuring they are equipped to provide outstanding service and product knowledge. This role requires hands-on management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Leading, training, and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals. Implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and store appeal. Managing inventory levels, stock control, and minimizing shrinkage. Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues effectively. Monitoring sales performance, analyzing KPIs, and implementing strategies for growth. Ensuring store compliance with company policies and procedures. Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new store staff. Creating a positive and engaging work environment for the team. Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or apparel. Proven track record of driving sales and achieving store targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in visual merchandising and inventory management. Knowledge of retail POS systems and operational procedures. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
