As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, including staff management, visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of retail KPIs, a keen eye for fashion trends, and proven leadership capabilities. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or apparel. Proven track record of driving sales and achieving store targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in visual merchandising and inventory management. Knowledge of retail POS systems and operational procedures. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
