Retail Store Manager - Fashion Apparel

Our client, a renowned and expanding fashion apparel retailer, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Store Manager to lead their flagship store located in the heart of Miami, Florida, US . This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing all day-to-day operations of the store. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team. Setting clear sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals will be paramount. Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, inventory is managed effectively, and operational procedures are followed meticulously are core duties. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution. Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations of the retail store, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Drive sales performance by setting targets, motivating the sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service. Ensure exceptional customer experiences are delivered consistently. Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular counts. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented attractively. Implement and enforce all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention strategies. Manage store budget, including payroll, expenses, and profitability. Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure a safe and clean working environment for staff and customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion apparel or luxury goods. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store profitability. Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in visual merchandising techniques. Experience with inventory management and loss prevention. Solid understanding of retail operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions.
