Join the cabi Outlet team as a Store Manager and lead a fashion-focused environment where leadership, creativity, and customer connection are at the center of everything we do.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated leader who can inspire a team, build strong customer relationships, and drive store performance through operational excellence and people development. As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily store operations while creating a positive, high-performing culture that reflects the cabi brand.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a customer-focused retail team to deliver exceptional shopping experiencesDrive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and creating action plans to exceed goalsRecruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees to build a strong and successful teamCreate a positive, motivating, and accountable work environmentBuild lasting customer relationships through clienteling, outreach, and personalized serviceOversee daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll management, and labor efficiencyExecute visual merchandising standards and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and brand-alignedManage inventory accuracy, shipment processing, loss prevention, and operational proceduresHandle store financial responsibilities including banking, petty cash, expense management, and reportingUtilize company marketing tools and platforms to support local marketing initiatives and customer engagementCommunicate effectively with corporate partners, outlet management teams, and store employeesLead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a hands-on leadership approach

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership roleStrong leadership, communication, and customer service skillsProven ability to coach, motivate, and develop retail teamsStrong understanding of sales metrics, KPI tracking, and performance managementExperience with retail POS systems and inventory management softwareProficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Outlook, and WordExcellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesPassion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable customer experiencesFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience3–4 years of retail management experience preferred

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, operating retail and office equipment, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs. Candidates may also be required to use ladders or step stools while maintaining store standards in a retail environment with moderate customer traffic and noise levels.
