Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, sales-driven Retail Store Manager to take ownership of daily operations, lead by example, and create an outstanding customer experience. This is a jack-of-all-trades role—perfect for someone who loves selling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in running a store efficiently. From merchandising and inventory to folding shirts, cleaning, and keeping things organized, you ensure the store looks great and operates smoothly. Job Details & Benefits: • Compensation: $32,000 per year + commission on total store sales • Benefits: 2 weeks per year (accrued), uniforms included, employee discount • Schedule: Full-time, including Saturdays and Sundays and up to three weekdays.
