Job description Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. Duties: • Communicate effectively with employees to ensure smooth operations • Conduct employee orientation and training programs • Interview, hire, and manage store staff • Oversee inventory management including buying, pricing, and organizing products • Supervise daily store activities to meet sales goals • Analyze market trends to maximize profitability • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues Qualifications: • Proven experience in retail management • Strong organizational skills • Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of merchandising and market trends • Previous experience as a retail clerk is a plus
