We are a NYC based retailer of menswear that is looking for a full-time Manager of our FLUSHING storefront. The manager we seek should have previous retail, customer service and management experience. She/he should have the ability to work well with others and lead by example while managing a small retail team. The manager will be responsible for managing staff, receiving in inventory, stock adjustments, price reductions, managing inventory, weekly reporting of sales and other numbers, communication with team based in NYC and other cities. Qualifications: Able to work on weekends Minimum 2+ years experience in retail sales Able to provide 2+ professional references 1+ years experience in a leadership or managerial position is required Ability to multitask Attention to detail is key Organizational skills are a must This is a full-time position Interests / Experience: Familiarity of e-commerce is a plus Familiarity with Shopify Interest or experience in menswear/fashion Interest or experience in the outdoor industry
