We are a growing consignment and resale boutique in Mayfield Heights looking for an experienced, driven Store Manager to lead our team and take full ownership of daily store operations. 1+ years of retail management or supervisory experience Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Experience with inventory management and retail operations Ability to drive sales and hold a team accountable to goals Must be available to work some Sundays — this is a requirement for all staff Passion for fashion and an eye for style Knowledge of designer and luxury brands Experience in consignment, resale, or secondhand retail Eagerness to learn the business and grow with us Pay: $500.00 per week Benefits:
