We're looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join and lead our Winchester team! Responsibilities include: Merchandise and maintain a visually inspiring boutique appearance and displays Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures Understand and enforce store policies in a fair and consistent manner Assist with developing and coaching sales associates Have the ability and passion to stay current with fashion and market trends Qualifications: An energetic, enthusiastic, and trustworthy candidate motivated to meet monthly sales goals and grow business Must have 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience Women's clothing and/or shoe boutique experience preferred Ability to build relationships with our customers and identify their needs Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and 25 to 30 hours per week
