Ticknors Men's Clothier, a family-owned retailer with 13 upscale men's clothing stores, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager for our location at Mayfair Mall in Milwaukee, WI.

What You'll Do

Lead from the front by setting the standard for customer service, selling, and professionalism.
Build and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and exceeding sales goals.
Drive revenue growth through relationship selling, repeat business, and wardrobe-building solutions.
Recruit, coach, and mentor talented associates to maximize individual and store performance.
Create a culture of accountability, energy, and teamwork where success is celebrated.
Manage all aspects of store operations, merchandising, and inventory while maintaining the standards of an upscale specialty retailer.
Develop lasting relationships with clients and establish your store as the destination for men's fashion and custom clothing in the Milwaukee market.

What We're Looking For

Proven success as a retail manager, sales leader, or top-producing specialty retailer.
A track record of building teams and delivering strong business results.
Passion for customer service and relationship-based selling.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to win.
Experience in apparel, luxury retail, custom clothing, or commission-based sales environments is preferred.
