Your Role:
Achieve sales goals while leading the team with enthusiasm and creativity.Recruit, train, and retain a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.Engage customers through social media and innovative outreach strategies.Maintain operational excellence by balancing organization, delegation, and a customer-first mindset.Monitor key operational metrics, including shrink and payroll, to ensure business health.Communicate effectively with retail leadership and HQ partners, sharing insights on customer trends.Leverage sales data to strategize and meet sales targets.Embrace new technologies, effectively communicate policies, and manage inventory responsibly.Deliver compelling merchandising aligned with planograms and timely promotions.Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of recognition and feedback.What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of retail management experience, proven success in leading teams, and a passion for retail.Aged 18 or older to join our team.A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.Adaptability to fast-paced retail environments and willingness to embrace challenges.A keen interest in pop culture and current trends.Physical ability to navigate the store and handle merchandise, including lifting boxes up to 50 pounds.
