Cookies Clothing Co. is a locally owned and operated women’s fashion boutique with six locations across Hawai‘i: Hawai‘i Kai, Kapolei, Kāne‘ohe, Lewers Street (Waikīkī Beachwalk), Hilton Hawaiian Village (Waikīkī), and Kailua-Kona.
We are seeking an experienced, outgoing, and motivated Store Manager who is passionate about fashion, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail teamDrive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed store goalsDeliver and model exceptional customer service on the sales floorRecruit, train, and coach team members for successMaintain strong visual merchandising standards aligned with brand identityOversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and reportingFoster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environmentQualifications3–5+ years of retail management experience (required)Strong background in fashion retail and stylingProven ability to drive sales and team performanceExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPassion for customer service and team developmentAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to commute to Kāne‘ohe, HI (required)Compensation & BenefitsAs a family-owned company, Cookies offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
