THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Commitment to learn and apply shopsxc values, business, and leadership principles
• a minimum of at least two year of management in fashion retail.
• SXC manager's role is to ensure that every employee delivers as much value as possible for the organisation. And a big part of that is ensuring that everyone has access to the learning and development opportunities they need to do their best work.

Responsibilities

. Oversee and contribute to upholding daily operating procedures; Be responsible for staff scheduling.
• Prioritize employee development to ensure team expertise on product fit and styling to inform and inspire the customer; Utilize company tools to analyze business opportunities within product placement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
