Job Summary: The Retail Store Leader is instrumental in enhancing merchandising, operational, and human resources activities to ensure that the store meets or exceeds its sales and profit goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, counseling, and termination processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.Manage financial controls, including shrinkage, payroll, and operating expenses.Implement proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transactions, and maintain compliance standards to minimize shrink.Monitor sales initiatives to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.Direct and supervise employees involved in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, and customer service.Ensure that all staff members abide by company policies and procedures.Perform any additional duties as required.Required Skills and Abilities:
