Retail Store Leader

As a Retail Store Leader, you'll create a teamwork-driven environment that promotes inclusivity and strong connections. You will be responsible for guiding and leading your team to achieve store objectives, which include sales and profit targets, recruiting, performance management, and staff training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure your store meets company objectives and KPI goals.Maintain an operationally efficient business by adhering to company policies, handling shrink/loss prevention, managing payroll, and overseeing reporting and scheduling.Recruit, train, and develop top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.Set a strong example of The Torrid Connection and ensure your team delivers an outstanding shopping experience that builds customer connections and loyalty.Implement merchandising strategies while ensuring a clean, consistent, and welcoming store environment that motivates customers to shop.Maintain effective communication with the District Manager and corporate partners.What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of specialty/apparel retail management experience with a proven track record of leading successful teams.A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; a college degree is a plus.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while committed to creating an exceptional customer experience.Flexibility to adapt to changing retail and fashion trends, as well as various job duties and schedules.A passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends.Physical Requirements:

Able to stand and walk during scheduled shifts.Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, arranging and moving store fixtures, and lifting packages weighing up to 50 pounds.Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, or retrieving poles.What You’ll Receive:
