Retail Store Leader

The success of our stores depends on the team's ability to provide an excellent customer experience. You will work closely with the store manager but report directly to the management team. • A passion for product knowledge and staying up-to-date with fashion trends • Experience in retail, preferably fast-fashion or similar environments • At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred, along with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams • Familiarity with sales, stock management, and service delivery in a retail setting • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and ability to execute directives effectively • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills • Must be at least 18 years old to apply
