As a Retail Store Leader, you will cultivate a supportive team environment that promotes inclusivity and strong connections. You will be responsible for guiding and motivating your team to achieve store goals, including sales and profitability, talent recruitment, performance management, and staff development.

What You'll Do:

Drive your store to meet company objectives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure operational efficiency by adhering to company policies, managing shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.Identify, train, and develop top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.Lead by example in delivering an exceptional shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty and positive connections.Execute merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment that encourages shopping.Communicate effectively and maintain a strong relationship with the District Manager and headquarters partners.What You'll Need:

1-2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in specialty/apparel, with a proven record of leading teams successfully.High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; a college degree is advantageous.Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, committing to delivering a remarkable customer experience.Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and challenges, including task assignments and schedules in a dynamic retail environment.A passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends.Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Able to stand and move around during scheduled shifts.Able to pack and unpack shipments, manage store fixtures, and lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.Able to reach for merchandise using ladders or step stools.What You'll Get:
