In this role, you'll spearhead initiatives to achieve sales targets, recruit and develop talent, and manage team performance. Drive your store to achieve sales goals and objectives, because while it’s not all about profits, they do matter!Recruit, develop, and retain an enthusiastic and collaborative team that shares your passion.Create buzz and engage customers through social media, store web applications, and personalized service.Maintain a well-organized and operationally sound business, balancing structure, delegation, and customer-focused selling practices.Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors impacting business performance.Communicate proactively with retail leadership and HQ partners regarding trends and customer insights.Leverage sales data to guide strategies for achieving sales targets.Adapt to new technologies and effectively communicate company policies while managing inventory responsibly.Merchandise the store engagingly, following planograms, and ensuring timely launches of promotions.Mentor and build a talented, passionate team through recognition and ongoing feedback.WHAT YOU'LL NEED
