Retail Store Leader

We are on the lookout for a Retail Store Leader who will be pivotal in bringing our fandom to life. In this role, you'll spearhead initiatives to achieve sales targets, recruit and develop talent, and manage team performance. You’ll be a retail superstar, ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive your store to achieve sales goals and objectives, because while it’s not all about profits, they do matter!Recruit, develop, and retain an enthusiastic and collaborative team that shares your passion.Create buzz and engage customers through social media, store web applications, and personalized service.Maintain a well-organized and operationally sound business, balancing structure, delegation, and customer-focused selling practices.Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors impacting business performance.Communicate proactively with retail leadership and HQ partners regarding trends and customer insights.Leverage sales data to guide strategies for achieving sales targets.Adapt to new technologies and effectively communicate company policies while managing inventory responsibly.Merchandise the store engagingly, following planograms, and ensuring timely launches of promotions.Mentor and build a talented, passionate team through recognition and ongoing feedback.WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1-2 years of retail management experience, with a track record of leading teams to success.Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).A high school diploma or GED; a degree would be a plus!Ability to adapt to the fast-paced changes within the retail industry.Open-mindedness and curiosity about pop culture fandoms and music trends.Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and handle boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.The hourly pay range for this position is $23.75 - $29.70. Final salary for potential hires will depend on factors such as education, location, and experience.
