We are looking for a Retail Store Leader who will bring our fandom to life! In this role, you will take the lead in achieving our sales objectives, recruiting top talent, and managing store performance. As a retail superstar, you will excel in developing your team and providing exceptional customer service. In essence, you will be our superhero!

What You'll Do:

Drive your store to successfully achieve sales targets and goals. Build and maintain a passionate, collaborative team through recruitment, development, and retention. Engage customers and create buzz through social media, store web applications, and personalized client interactions. Ensure operational excellence with a strong focus on organization, delegation, and a customer-first approach. Monitor store performance including shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and schedules. Communicate frequently with retail leadership and HQ partners about trends and customer feedback. Analyze sales reports and leverage data to inform your strategy for meeting targets. Adapt to new technologies and effectively communicate company policies while managing inventory wisely. Merchandise the store thoughtfully using planograms and ensure timely launch of promotions. Mentor and nurture talent, building a strong bench of passionate staff through recognition and constructive feedback. What You'll Need:

1-2 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of leading successful teams. Must be at least 18 years old to join our enthusiastic team. A high school diploma or GED is required; a degree is preferred. A resilient attitude to thrive in the fast-paced retail environment. An open mind and curiosity about pop culture fandoms and trends. Ability to perform typical retail tasks including navigating the store, merchandising products, and handling merchandise up to 50 pounds. Salary: $23.25 - $29.10 per hour. Please note that the pay range is determined by factors such as education, location, experience, and meeting job requirements.
