As a Retail Store Leader, you will cultivate a team environment that emphasizes inclusivity and positive connections among team members and customers. In this role, you will direct and inspire your team to achieve key store objectives, including sales and profit goals, effective recruitment, performance management, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive your store to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure efficient store operations by balancing adherence to company policies, loss prevention measures, payroll management, reporting, and scheduling.Recruit, develop, and train passionate talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion expertise.Lead by example to embody The Torrid Connection and ensure the team creates a shopping experience that fosters positive customer interactions and loyalty.Implement effective merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere that inspires customer shopping.Maintain open communication with the District Manager and headquarters partners.Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in specialty or apparel retail management, with a proven capacity to lead teams to success.High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience; a college degree is a plus.Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.Adaptability to changing retail trends, challenges, and work schedules is essential.A keen interest in fashion and current trends.Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

Ability to stand and move around during scheduled shifts.Capacity to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other equipment.What We Offer:
