What You'll DoAchieve sales goals and ensure your store meets the sales plan.Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate and collaborative team of associates.Generate excitement and customer engagement through social media and in-store initiatives.Maintain operational excellence by balancing organizational structure with a customer-first approach.Monitor key metrics such as shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and schedules.Communicate trends and customer insights effectively with retail leadership and HQ partners.Analyze sales reports to inform strategies for reaching sales targets.Embrace new technologies and policies, managing resources wisely to control spending.Merchandise the store attractively while adhering to promotional timelines and guidelines.Build a talented team through mentorship and recognition, fostering an environment of feedback.What You'll Need1-2 years of retail management experience with proven success in driving team performance.Must be at least 18 years old to apply.A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.Adaptable and ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.A genuine interest and curiosity about pop culture and current trends.Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle physical tasks including lifting boxes up to 50 pounds.Compensation ranges from $24.15 to $30.20 per hour.
