Position Overview

As a Retail Store Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving store performance, leading a talented team, and ensuring operational excellence. You will manage daily operations, optimize sales and profitability, and create a positive shopping experience for our customers while developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to consistently meet sales and customer service expectations.Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results and capitalize on opportunities.Manage financial aspects, including payroll, shrink control, and operating expenses.Ensure effective inventory management and compliance with shrink prevention measures.Adhere to all operational policies and procedures.Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and, when needed, address personnel matters in line with company policies.Supervise associates in sales, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.Maintain staffing levels that support optimal store performance.Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help develop associates.Customer Experience & Compliance

Ensure customers receive outstanding service in a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.Promote adherence to company policies and loss prevention practices.Ensure visual standards and merchandising guidelines are consistently met.Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.Perform additional duties as necessary to support store operations and objectives.Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Store Manager role or a similar retail leadership position.5-7 years of overall retail experience preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.Competency in basic math and percentage calculations.Key Competencies
