Customer Experience & Personal Styling
Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and provide an exceptional boutique experience.Build genuine relationships with customers through engaging one-on-one conversations.Style women of all ages and body types by creating complete outfits tailored to their needs, lifestyle, and budget.Offer personalized fashion advice and confidently recommend complementary items and accessories.Create memorable experiences that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.Sales & Clienteling
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.Confidently upsell and cross-sell merchandise by recommending complete looks and additional pieces.Educate customers on promotions, loyalty rewards, and upcoming events.Build long-term relationships with returning customers and provide exceptional follow-up service.Operations
Accurately operate the POS system, process purchases, returns, and exchanges.Receive, organize, and replenish inventory.Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.Assist with inventory management and loss prevention.Visual Merchandising
Help create eye-catching displays that inspire customers.Keep merchandise organized, stocked, steamed, and presentation-ready.Maintain JaDa Loft's visual standards throughout the store.Marketing & Social Media
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (training provided).Participate in photos, videos, and live selling.Assist with eCommerce updates and online merchandising (training provided).We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous retail sales experience (boutique experience preferred).Loves styling outfits and has a strong sense of fashion.Is confident initiating conversations with customers and building relationships.Naturally enjoys selling and can comfortably recommend additional items without being pushy.Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.Is dependable, self-motivated, and takes initiative.Can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Is comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.Is available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. (No holiday shifts required.)Works well independently while also being a supportive team player.This Position Is NOT For You If:
You're looking for a cashier-only position.You prefer minimal customer interaction.You don't enjoy sales, styling, or helping customers build outfits.You aren't comfortable being on social media occasionally.At JaDa Loft Boutique, we believe shopping should feel personal.
