Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and provide an exceptional boutique experience.Build genuine relationships with customers through engaging one-on-one conversations.Style women of all ages and body types by creating complete outfits tailored to their needs, lifestyle, and budget.Offer personalized fashion advice and confidently recommend complementary items and accessories.Create memorable experiences that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.Sales & Clienteling Has previous retail sales experience (boutique experience preferred).Loves styling outfits and has a strong sense of fashion.Is confident initiating conversations with customers and building relationships.Naturally enjoys selling and can comfortably recommend additional items without being pushy.Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.Is dependable, self-motivated, and takes initiative.Can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Is comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.Is available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
