Job Description:

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service in point of sale and customer services processes while focusing on consistent execution and operational efficiency. You will deliver speed of service transactions while creating a compelling customer experience.

What You'll Do as Retail Store Associate:

Greet and assist customers courteously, offering help with product and service information. Conduct cash register transactions, scan items, place products in bags, and manage different payment methods properlyFollow company protocols for point-of-sale transactions and customer interactions, ensuring that service is provided in a courteous, fast, and efficient manner as directed by company guidelinesFulfill or surpass personal objectives like credit and customer retentionEnsure inventory correctness through meticulous adherence to all obligatory point of sale and product disposition practicesAid in the orientation of new service team members by providing training on process best practices, offering guidance on appropriate point of sale procedures, and instructing them on how to utilize tools and resources while maintaining Kohl's brand standardsParticipate in the day-to-day service activities that involve tasks like balancing cash registers, handling change orders, and restocking necessary itemsRole and Responsibilities of Retail Store Associate:
