Retail Store Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating productsProvide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfactionProcess transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering dutiesMaintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelvesEnsure compliance with store policies and procedures, including phone etiquette and customer service standardsUtilize basic math skills for retail math calculations during transactionsRequirements

Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team membersFamiliarity with product demos and merchandising techniques is a plusBasic math skills for handling transactions accuratelyAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as neededJoin our dynamic team where your contributions will make a difference in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers!

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
