Retail Store Associate

In this hands‑on role, you will welcome clients, guide them through gown selections, and support them during fittings—including lacing corset gowns and ensuring each dress is fitted comfortably and beautifully. This paid position is an opportunity to build customer‑service skills, gain experience in a luxury boutique setting, and be part of a creative, fast‑paced team dedicated to exceptional client care. • Support clients during dress selection and fittings, including pulling gowns from racks or mannequins and lacing corset dresses with care to ensure a secure and comfortable fit. Qualifications • Previous retail fashion retail sales experience preferred; lacing of corset experience is a plus. • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively • Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising techniques, and stock management is advantageous • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and courteously • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations • Experience working in fashion/women dress retail stores or similar retail environments is beneficial • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining excellent customer service standards
