Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience • Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions • Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing backstock, and conducting regular stock checks • Maintain professional communication etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely • Support sales efforts through effective communication, suggestive selling, and promoting store promotions Skills • Proven experience with retail store environments • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work well with a team • Knowledge of merchandising standards and stocking procedures to maintain an appealing store layout • Familiarity with phone etiquette for professional customer interactions over the phone or online Pay: From $15.00 per hour
