Brand Bar is seeking a motivated, fashion-forward Assistant Manager to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role supports daily store operations, drives sales performance, assists with team development, and helps create a welcoming, luxury shopping environment for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
Build relationships with customers and create personalized shopping experiences.
Achieve individual and store sales goals.
Assist with clienteling efforts, customer outreach, and VIP customer engagement.
Support in-store events, promotions, and community partnerships.
Team Leadership
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
Help motivate and coach associates to achieve sales and service goals.
Provide leadership and support during manager absences.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture.
Store Operations
Support daily opening and closing procedures.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and stock organization.
Monitor store appearance and ensure a clean, organized environment.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Business Performance
Monitor key performance indicators and assist in achieving store goals.
Help execute marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Support social media and customer engagement efforts when needed.
Identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Previous retail leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
